Academics
Academics are the second most important aspect of LCA, behind knowing Christ. One of the reasons LCA was started was because there were no academic Christian preschools in the area. Once we found the A Beka curriculum and plugged it into a three-morning-a-week program, we fell in love with our students but also with how advanced a small class setting with an excellent teacher and supportive parents could be. God has been blessing us ever since.
We pray daily for our students and their academic abilities. One of the goals of LCA is to train productive intellectual adults with a Christian worldview which includes a Christian work ethic. Think of how the world would look if all Christians were trained and followed through with these ideals.
